Gluten Free Toothpaste

Those of us who can't tolerate gluten must keep track of everything we put into our mouth (even if we can't swallow it). So yes, we have to worry a little about gluten in toothpaste.
Fortunately, there are a number of available gluten-free toothpastes - in fact, the chances are good that the one you are using is considered gluten-free to a generally accepted limit of 20 parts per million.
Aquafresh: Aquafresh toothpastes do not contain gluten as a direct ingredient. However, the presence of trace levels of gluten in these products for manufacturing processes cannot be excluded.
Biotene: All biotene products are gluten free.
Crest: All Crest toothpaste products are currently gluten-free, but beware of mouthwash from this company as they are not gluten free.
Colgate Total: Colgate Total toothpastes do not contain gluten. Colgate ensures all ingredients used within our formulas are not derived from gluten sources and that there is no cross-contamination of ingredients or products with sources of gluten at their suppliers' or at their own manufacturing facilities.
Desert Essence: All toothpastes from Desert Essence are gluten-free and fluoride-free, i'm a big fan of this brand.
Sensodyne: Sensodyne products do not contain gluten as a direct ingredient. However, they cannot exclude the presence of trace amounts of gluten in these products as a result of third-party manufacturing processes because GSK Consumer Healthcare does not test the final products for gluten.
Tanner's Tasty Paste: No flouride, safe to swallow, no saccharin, no sodium lauryl sulfate, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, sugar & gluten free, none foaming formula, no minty aftertaste, great mild tasting vanilla.
Tom's of Maine: All of the products manufactured by Tom's of Maine are currently are gluten free.
